Using the system is very simple for both citizens and administrators. Citezens need do no more than subscribe to the service categories which interest them, sending an SMS or by means of forms filled out in public offices. For administrators, on the other hand, access points via web are created, to manage the SMS traffic with extreme simplicity and flexibility. Furthermore, the service is accessible to users all over the country via their SMS-enabled mobile telephone, no matter what payment plan or operator they have.

SMS FEEDBACK management, for example, allows you to:
- Set up an inbox for messages directed at the URP, always active to gather opinions, protests and requests from citizens.
- Carry out surveys promoted in institutional communication methods.
